Our professional business analysts will engage in a one to two day workshop with your organization's finance and business staff to analyze the financial management processes currently in place and to offer best practice re-engineering blueprints aiming at realizing the full potential of a new CDC Software solution. PROJECT DELIVERY METHODOLOGY Many IT projects have reputations of being less than rewarding and therefore CDC Software has created a Project Delivery Methodology tailored to implementing Executive SuiteTM. Should a customer require CDC Software Professional Services for implementation, we use the Collaborative Workshop as the roadmap to a successful project. Upon acceptance of an implementation project, CDC Software Professional Services provides a Business Case Document detailing the business case and the benefits to be achieved. Following this analysis, we may provide a Proof of Concept per customer requirements or proceed directly to a Project Delivery Document with detailed project and resource scheduling.
